The physical benefits of massage therapy are a little more obvious, but the mental benefits may be harder to understand. Massage has been proven to help to calm those individuals who suffer with anxiety and depression - human touch that is friendly, safe, and professional in nature has been found to be very therapeutic and relaxing. Those who use massages on a regular basis often report feeling less sad, depressed, or angry, helping to better control their emotional conditions.

Improves Sleep

Many individuals have a hard time getting the appropriate amount of sleep or being able to rest at all. Massage therapy can be very beneficial in allowing these individuals to experience deep, REM sleep that their bodies need. The techniques used in this kind of therapy help to promote relaxation, of both the body and mind, which helps the body to relax and shut down in order to sleep and recharge. Having a proper sleep cycle also helps to promote the body's overall health.

Boosts the Immune System

With cold and flu season right around the corner, many of us are beginning to think about getting our immune systems in shape to fight of viruses. Massage therapy has been noted to help increase an individual's white blood cell count, the cells that help the body to naturally fight off viruses and colds. Massage helps to improve immune function, which can help keep us healthier through the winter.

Mobile Marketing Goes Mainstream

Marketing on mobile phones has become increasingly popular over the past few years as the technology of Short Message Service (SMS), better known as text-messaging, has become more and more refined. According to the experts, mobile marketing was born in the early 2000s in Europe when businesses started to collect mobile phone numbers and send off texts, often unwanted, that hawked various products.

Over the past few years, text messaging has become more and more legitimate as an advertising channel. Unlike email, which goes out over the public Internet, mobile marketing typically goes out over a wireless service. That gives the advertisers who have begun to utilize it have devised various ways to keep track of the sort of content that is going out over their networks. In addition various agencies involved in the business of mobile marketing, including the Interactive Advertising Bureau and the Mobile Marketing Association, have set guidelines for the industry.

Mobile marketing initially received negative media coverage as being simply a new form of spam. This was because some advertisers acted like spammers - purchasing lists of mobile numbers and sending unsolicited content to thousands of mobile phones. But as the industry came up with regulatory guidelines, mobile marketing became more and more popular. And now, according to industry watchdogs, there are over 100 million text-message ads sent to welcoming mobile phones every month.

Over the past few years mobile marketing has become increasingly popular as marketers have begun to treat text messaging as a valuable investment of their advertising budget. But one key reason for providing texts in the new wave of mobile marketing is that it allows consumers to opt in to the service. And often mobile operators demand a double opt in from the consumer and the ability for the consumer to opt out of the service at any time by sending the word STOP via text. These guidelines are established in the MMA Consumer Best Practices Guidelines which are followed by all mobile marketers in the United States.

Some Of The Unveiled Mobile Marketing Benefits

Mobile marketing through apps and SMS marketing is the latest and most influential strategy that marketers use today. Many people have adapted to this marketing idea because it is less costly, requires very minimal manpower and the return on investment are just amazing. There are many mobile marketing benefits that an entrepreneur or marketer will see as discussed below.

Mobile marketing offers results faster than any other strategy. The reason why mobile marketing is almost instantaneous is because users receive the sent messages almost immediately, whether their phones are off, on standby and even when ON. With the right numbers for target audience and list, you can effectively market a brand within a very short time and create an awareness of the same in thousands of people in a minute.

The cost of mobile marketing is relatively low, because you only get to pay the standard sms rate offered by your service provider. Some mobile service providers even provide bulk sms bundles at reduced prices, which a marketer can use to advertise his or her products to target audience. This is unlike other marketing ideas where you have to pay multiple bills before your ad can be placed for advertising.

Another fact on mobile marketing benefits is its convenience when marketing. You do not need to use rocket science techniques to advertise through mobile platforms. All you need to do is use basic and straight to the point message, which will convey the right message to create awareness. If any of the audience gets your message and is interested, he or she can contact you directly, and you can give more information on the brand or product.

You can also be assured of sales with the number of feedbacks you get from customers enquiring about your services and products. This is what marketers call advert tracking, as it gives you an estimate on interested customers, as well as learn better marketing ideas and info needed to enlighten the customers more effectively.

The mobile platform provides a huge potential in viral marketing. As long as you have the right marketing ideas and information, users are more likely to chat with their peers about the product, thus create more awareness to persons not even in your mailing list, thus lead to big sales.

Most mobile devices today are internet enabled and many users use their phones to access social networking sites such as Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. These social sites can be used as micro blogging mobile platforms, where a marketer can have his or her adverts displayed for enhanced visibility. With smartphones taking over the markets, most people access the internet through these phones and can be highly influenced when one uses a link in text messages to woo them into viewing the merchant website.

Of all mobile marketing benefits, the mobile payment platform is amazing and has opened doors to many. Marketers can sell items, services and products through their mobile phones, and get paid through secure mobile payment platforms. Once the transactions are completed, the marketer or entrepreneur can release the items, thus no need for an intermediary.

Very few people or marketers use the mobile platform to advertise their products, making it less saturated as opposed to other advertisement platforms. By using the mobile marketing platform, you can be almost sure that only you are advertising your product to potential customers, and no other person has tried the service. Less market saturation by marketers creates a bigger avenue to generate more return on investments.

If you haven't started advertising through the mobile platform, then these are some of the mobile marketing benefits you might be missing out. Take charge of your brand today with more sales.

The Benefits Of Internet Marketing

Whilst it is fair to say that Internet marketing has certainly had an effect on offline trading figures, the comparisons are not directly proportionate for the simple reason that the Internet has opened up huge new markets which were not feasible before this 'information superhighway' was born. The interactive nature of Internet marketing, and the low costs involved in distributing information and media to a global audience, makes a very attractive platform for any business model, regardless of size. Latest figures from credit card companies report a 15 billion dollar turnover from Internet sales in the last year, and rising rapidly. So it is not surprising that budgets for Internet marketing are taking a bigger slice of the advertising cake and the numbers of individuals earning their living directly from Internet marketing are ballooning off the scale.

Internet marketing draws together all the creative and technical aspects of the Internet, which include design, development, advertising and sales, and the techniques used in Internet marketing include search engine marketing, email marketing, affiliate marketing, online advertising and more recently, social media marketing methods as employed in blog marketing, and viral marketing.

Internet marketing is the process of building, growing and promoting a business individual or organization through any online activity including websites, blog sites, article marketing, press releases, online market research, email marketing, and online advertising. In order to fully comprehend the huge benefits offered by the Internet marketing process, it is difficult not to draw comparisons with offline marketing methods, but it has to be remembered that one is not a replacement for the other. Internet marketing and offline marketing will both have an important part to play in the future of any business, assuming it is not purely Internet based. Let us now look at the benefits that Internet marketing has to offer..

Low Cost

Since the Internet can be regarded as a 'free for all' activity center where information is shared freely with all interested parties, the cost involved in the overall Internet marketing strategy is relatively low. Apart from the obvious expenditure incurred in operating a web site, a large proportion of the budgets set aside for Internet marketing will typically be swallowed up by services and resources offering expertise in the various marketing techniques that fall under the Internet marketing umbrella. For example, Search Engine Optimization plays an important role in the positioning of a web site in search engine rankings and the larger organizations will often employ the services of a search engine optimization company to carry out this duty. Equally there are Internet Advertising Agencies available to handle all aspects of online advertising. Smaller companies or sole traders may carry out their own search engine optimization and advertising campaigns and would need only a few hundred dollars budget for marketing software tools. Either way, the overall cost of Internet marketing is much lower than the cost of a similar offline campaign.

Work From Any Location

All activities that fall under the Internet marketing banner can easily be organized from a laptop computer. Most communications are made using online contact forms, email or instant messenger, and payments for items such as web site hosting, internet marketing software tools and resource fees can all be paid online using a credit card. Web site design and management is also another area of Internet marketing easily managed from a laptop computer. The versatility of the 'laptop' means that these duties can be carried out from any location and therefore those involved in the Internet marketing fraternity can easily work from a simple home office, or even when away from home. Commuting is totally unnecessary.

The Level Playing Field

Unlike offline commerce, the use of Internet marketing techniques now make it possible for an individual or sole trader to compete with the larger organizations in his online business. It's true that a larger company whose name was on everyone's lips would have a head start in the marketing of their web site, and a larger presence in the search engine pages, beyond that the doors are opened and it's quite common to see a smaller commercial outfit riding higher than their much larger competition in search engine results. Yes the online advertising budgets would be much bigger for the national companies, but there are many Internet marketing techniques and resources available to the solo marketers that would help them to stay in touch. There are literally hundreds of new Internet millionaires developed on a daily basis.

There are also many niche areas with good benefits derived from Internet marketing, but generally the process is attractive all round as a method of promoting any business, recreational or personal projects across the Internet. Internet Marketing is where the future lies for businesses large and small. The Internet has arrived and no-one can deny it!

Internet Marketing Comes Full Circle

Internet Marketing is that specialized area of marketing that is conducted completely in CyberSpace, and the people and businesses that do this type of marketing may or may not have a brick-and-mortar presence. Many very successful Internet Marketing companies are run out of peoples' homes, sometimes by only one person, although the more successful companies usually have a small staff of up to ten people. Many very successful marketing companies have started online and stayed online, because it's what they know and what they do best. Yet many other Internet Marketers have decided to expand their marketing efforts, realizing that Internet Marketing is just one type of Direct Response Marketing and the internet is simply a medium, like radio, television, or print advertising. By far, most Internet Marketing is Information Marketing that is conducted online, and most Information Marketing is Direct Response Marketing.

Wikipedia defines Direct Response Marketing as "a form of marketing designed to solicit a direct response which is specific and quantifiable. The delivery of the response is direct between the viewer and the advertiser, that is, the customer responds to the marketer directly. This is in contrast to Direct Marketing in which the marketer contacts the potential customer directly (e.g., telemarketing). Direct Response Advertising is characterized by four primary elements:

1. An Offer

2. Sufficient information for the consumer to make a decision whether to act

3. An explicit "call to action"

4. Means of response (typically multiple options such as a toll-free number, web page, and email)."

"Internet Marketing" evolved primarily from the offline world of Direct-mail advertising, one form of Direct Response Marketing. The world of Internet Marketing changes frequently as it responds to consumers' desires and whims more rapidly than is possible through any other media. That is a major advantage of Internet Marketing and Advertising as compared to any other media. In the past two years, since I have been actively following Internet Marketing, I have seen quite a few changes in approach and trends. One major trend that I have seen with increasing frequency and being recommended by an increasing number of Online Marketers is the tendency for Marketers who have made their fortunes (usually multi-millions of dollars) entirely on the internet, to be recommending that all online marketers start taking their marketing efforts offline, returning to the direct mail efforts and the telephone marketing (telemarketing) of traditional offline marketers. This is now a major Internet Marketing trend, and it is because it allows these marketers to grow their businesses faster and reach people that they could not otherwise reach. It is also being done because the internet itself has become so "noisy". There are so many Internet Marketers trying to reach a lot of the same potential customers, that their email messages are being ignored more and deleted more. They are having a harder time breaking through the "noise" and so they are turning to the offline world to build customer loyalty. This is a trend that I anticipate will only continue to grow over time.
